Blue ! Switch
A Blue Switch from Super Paper Mario

A Blue Switch[1] is an object in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. It is an item found in areas throughout the game, and all party members must stand on it in order to progress. It has a rarer variation, the Yellow Switch, which functions similarly to the Blue Switch, except only Mario and Luigi need to stand on it in order to activate it.

Blue Switches also appear in the Paper Mario series. Blue Switches activate an important change in the environment, such as a bridge being built or a staircase appearing.
