(Unnamed Section)

Hi, although usually, I don't mind if somebody enacted a (talk page) proposal before I get to do it, users tend to appreciate it if you ask them first before doing anything. I've seen some other users get reprimanded for enacting proposals before the proposer can do anything, so it's just a heads-up.

Nevertheless, thanks for doing the work. Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 14:45, 24 May 2014 (EDT)

Okay, sorry, I didn't know. You're welcome, though! Stonehill (talk) 17:59, 24 May 2014 (EDT)

Signature test #1

Let's try it. STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell. (Tested on 08:25, 6 June 2014 (EDT))

Signature test #2

It should work with the timestamp. STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell.

Proposal header

Do not create an empty proposal section like Archive 40. When the time comes to archive the proposal it will be created then, there is no need for an empty archive. Yoshi876 (talk)

Okay, I just wanted to know. STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell.

Notice

A {{reminder}} that you issued to Pwwnd123 is under dispute. You may comment on the matter here, but please remember to abide by the rules listed at the top of the page. Thank you. Hammer

RE:About what you did to a sockpuppet's talk page

You have misread policy, as it states "Extra accounts (sockpuppets) should be blocked indefinitely and their talk pages should be deleted." Yoshi876 (talk)

Oops. Sorry about that. STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell.

Subpage

Friendly reminder: you're not supposed to have any subpage to your userpage. If you wish to keep its content, move it to your userpage, because I think will be deleted soon. New article

Hi. When you create an article, please make sure to place all relevant information in it. Is is unacceptable to create an incomplete articles, and there will be consequences if you do it again. Yoshi876 (talk)

Re:Deleting section-only notice templates

Unlike the other templates, {{Stub}} and {{stub}} have different designs beyond just a straight word-swap (different size images, one has a built-in clear function, etc.) so I was just going to leave them both alone. - Walkazo 18:32, 19 February 2015 (EST)

Proposal

I'm aware, but thanks anyways. On another note, I noticed that you're using the raw code for your signature (i.e. <font face="Stencil">{{color-link|#5f9ea0|User:Stonehill|STONE-HILL!!!}}</font> '''''[[User talk:Stonehill|At last, the rock fell.]]'''''). In the future, please refrain from doing this and instead use the subpage you already have ({{User:Stonehill/signature}}) when signing. You can copy and paste the previous code whenever you'd like to sign, or if you'd like, you can click on the "preferences" tab at the top-right, scroll down to the signature header, fill the box that says "New signature" with {{subst:nosubst|User:Stonehill/signature}}, and then you can use it simply by typing three tildes ~~~. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

I wouldn't know why that's happening, sorry to say. Try looking through Help:Signature or asking another experienced user about this. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

Signature Test #3

Test signature. STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell.

Re:New message

No need to message me when you respond on MW:Proposals. I have it on my watchlist and check in whenever I come online. Also (and this is the real reason I'm messaging you), to get the date from showing up in the box when you sign, put the <noinclude> on the same line as the sig, rather than skipping a line after - I'm pretty sure that's what's making it go wonky. - Walkazo 17:48, 4 March 2015 (EST)

Okay, got it. STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell.

'Shroom demo

Stonehill, I need to write a demo for a 'shroom submission form, and I would like to do the interview part so can I interview you? User:Toads Forever!|Toads Forever!

Reminder

This reminder has been overturned by the MarioWiki staff. The original reminder can still be viewed.
Please stop edit sniping on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.

It was my intention to create the articles for minigames in Mario Party 10. As per MarioWiki:Courtesy, users should not join in another user's project without asking first. This is edit sniping. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits) 15:34, 27 March 2015 (EDT)

I'm going to call unfair on this one. When a new game is released, it would be detrimental to the wiki for only one person to create the articles when there are many others who are capable. If the game has been released for a while and no effort is being made toward it, then sure, shotgun can be called on it. Yoshi876 (talk)
Stonehill, if you'd like, you can try to appeal the reminder at MarioWiki:Appeals. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
Plus, this user never ever told anyone that he/she would plan to create pages for the minigames.
The preceding unsigned comment was added by Stonehill (talk).
I said so on my userpage. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits)

Sorry. Please disregard the last message. (Although I did change it accordingly at Appeals.) STONE-HILL!!! At last, the rock fell.

The administrators decided to overturn the Reminder. It wasn't obvious that Viper26 was in the middle of an editing project (it's not enough to call dibs and then just do an edit here, and edit there, especially for new, hot-topic subjects), and even if it was, first-time Courtesy offences should be dealt with informally: Reminders are for major breaches or repeat offences. - Walkazo 11:03, 5 April 2015 (EDT)

Re:Bowser Party

I know about the rules for the Bowser Party mningames already. Also, don't add a space between your signature and the date because it'll form an unprofeesional box. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits) 19:49, 30 March 2015 (EDT)

Re:Edit sniping prevention

You can upload the screenshots, I'll create the articles. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits) 16:08, 3 April 2015 (EDT)

You can create some articles if you want. I'll also redo the minigame list when all photos are uploaded. Viper26's avatarViper26's signature text (talk · edits)

RE:Fixing an image

I can't delete images as I'm only a Patroller. But just upload the .png file, replace the .jpg on the page and tag the .jpg one with deletion. Yoshi876 (talk)

Image Categories

  • I've been noticing that each time you've uploaded images for Mario Party 10, you forgot to add the [[Category:Mario Party 10 Images]] category onto them. When uploading images for certain games, it's very important that you categorize the image by which game it came from. RedYoshiMK7Signature.png M&SG (talk) 11:48, 6 April 2015 (EDT)
