Propeller Platforms[1] are grated platforms with a propeller on the underside of each, appearing in Super Mario 3D World and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker (and its Nintendo 3DS version). By blowing into the Wii U GamePad or Nintendo 3DS's microphone, the platforms either rise into the air or move to the end of a set path. After some time, they move back to their origin points. In the Nintendo Switch versions of Super Mario 3D World and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, they are replaced by Lifts, invisible Cloud Lifts, and Touchstones due to the console's lack of a microphone.
