The Talking Parrot is an "item" from Mario Party. It was sold in the Mushroom Shop for fifty coins. After being purchased, it was sent to the Option House. Every time the player selected it, it made a random quote from the vast variaty of voices in the game. This is not, however, a sound test, for players would have to press the A button over and over until they got the sound they wanted. This parrot was only for show and a good laugh.
