Totemglobins are a species of Emoglobin found exclusively to Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. They are found in the Airway, where they are blocking Mario and Luigi from a pipe. In order to pass, the brothers have to hit 8 blocks in numeric order. If they fail they have to hit all the Blocks again.
Appearance
The Totemglobins are composed of 5 yellow cubes that resemble other Emoglobins. They are all stacked up one on top of the other.
