Good question. They're never referred to as Joe and Mac in the comic they appear in, and they only have a very minor role, so I don't think we should make an article about them. Time Questions 03:58, 30 May 2008 (EDT)

For the comic "Klemp-Won-Do", we decided to make arcticles about the Street Fighter characters that fight against Mario, but not about the ones that just make fun of Mario and don't affect the storyline (E. I thought about it again and now I think it can stay. At least Mario interacts a bit with them, that and that they are officially named (though not within the comic) is probably enough for an article. But they still have a top place on the minority list. --Grandy02 05:20, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
