A Dried Blooper is an enemy exclusively found in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story in the Pump Works area in Bowser's body. These enemies are quite thin, and they use this ability in battle. Dried Bloopers will jump and float horizontally downwards like a leaf, making two passes at its target. The attack must be countered by jumping. When they get wet from Bowser drinking water, they will transform into Bubble Bloopers.
