Green Star Coins are Skill Items in Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition. They raise the Skill levels of all forms of Luigi, Spinies, and all types/forms of Bullet Bills, Wigglers, Chain Chomps and Flame Chomps from Level 1-4.
