Accordion Guys are a type of Shy Guy that appear in the game Paper Mario: Sticker Star. A single Accordion Guy is only found in the Yoshi Sphinx level and is accompanied by a Sombrero Guy and a Maraca Guy. The Accordion Guy can play their namesake instrument to recover 10 HP for itself and its comrades. They can also throw their Sombrero at Mario to inflict damage. It can however run away if it was battled alone.
