The Mr. Blizzard Orb is a yellow orb found in Mario Party 5. The Klepto Capsule first appeared in Mario Party 5, where it could be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for ten coins (not advised). It's effect was that it made it snow on the player a little bit, then Mr. Blizzard falls flat on top of them, making them lose all their Capsules. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it became an Orb that players could only place on a space (and costs ten coins at the Orb Shop). The effect was the same when opponents that landed on a space contaning the orb, meaning the owner would not get their Orbs.
