The Mr. Blizzard Orb is a yellow orb found in Mario Party 5. The Klepto Capsule first appeared in Mario Party 5, where it could be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for ten coins (not advised). It's effect was that it made it snow on the player a little bit, then Mr. Blizzard falls flat on top of them, making them lose all their Capsules.
