Ick Worms[1] are enemies from Yoshi's Story. They are found in only one level: Neuron Jungle. Ick Worms are large blue caterpillar-like insects that float down from the treetops in the Neuron Jungle. If a Yoshi eats one, they get an egg, but at the same time, they lose a petal from their Smile Meter. Only the Blue Yoshi can eat Ick Worms without getting damaged. However, the leaves that Ick Worms soar on heal all of a Yoshi's health if eaten.

The Ick Worms' artwork can be used as a stamp in Mario Artist: Paint Studio.
